I am surprised by the lower star rating for this Dunkin' location. Having started working near here, I have been in several times, and I have found it one of the more pleasant Dunkin's in the area. The stand-out detail to me is that staff seems to have an excellent camaraderie and are continually pleasant, even when enduring the morning rush. If driving to this location during the morning rush of caffeine-cravers , I could see it being somewhat stressful because it gets backed up, and past the alley on Lavergne, it's a one-way street. I've witnessed needless honking by impatient people, so this may not be the Dunkin' to hit up in the morning if you are not on foot.
